Is this genital herpes?

i had rough very dry sex june 28th and my vagina lips was extremely swollen and had mulitple big cuts due to the rough sex around the entrance to my vagina. the next day the swelling went down but one part of my lips stayed swollen and had a lump and i started my period. The next 3 days I went to ER, because i was in excruciating pain down there and burning and stinging to pee. the lump had red lacerations with white patches on it. Then those big cuts from the rough sex turned into painful ulcers. At hospital they told me herpes and UTI but i never had any blisters or bumps and partner didnt experience any signs of herpes. The next day i was vomiting and extreme diarrhea fever was 99.0 and sweating with body aches and sores continue to get infected due to horrible diarrhea. i understand that herpes can start like a little paper cut but my cuts were really big and didnt mimic herpes at all at first. I am so stressed please help thank you all!

    i also forgot to mention that i have had staph infection since April that was not properly treated
