Is this genital herpes?

Hi, I was raped this April and had a bad phase in my life where I was hypersexual and engaged in unprotected sex with many people. I don't which person could have gave it to me. I have been tested for everything except Herpes (including HPV) and am negative. I am planning on getting tested for Herpes asap, but would just like someone's input. I always have been getting ingrown hairs from shaving but I dont know if these are ingrown hairs. Thank you. Ive also been getting chronic yeast but I believe those are from my sexual assault, and I dont know if that is a symptom with Herpes.

    they look like razor bumps. Don't use a razor anymore instead try nair for sensitive skin. Don't worry too much. Being hypersexual after sexual assault is pretty common don't beat yourself up. Still get a check up but again it looks like razor bumps. Also there is no way for a doctor to check for herpes unless you are already experiencing an outbreak so it can be difficult to detect herpes. Good news is a vaccine for both types of herpes is in the works and should be available by 2030. So no need to stress too much. Best of luck and try to stay positive.
