Is this genital herpes ?!

hey everyone !

can you please tell me if this if genital herpes ?

Maybe TMI but i did masterburate 2 days ago where i was extremely dry as id ran out of lube so that is my main suspect . However i am aware that herpes lesions can start this way.my only symptoms so far is this paper cut looking lesion with no pain during urination but mild irritation in this exact area.

My partner and i dont use condoms and i really dont want to risk passing something on to him if it is herpes. The last time i had unprotected sex outside of a relationship was just overa year ago.
