been there for 1 week n half a bit of itching no burning n no fluids or blisters just itchy n dry not sexually active its been 3 years since I had sex help please

from the photos it is hard to see if it is more like blisters/rash or dry skin...you say it is not blusters which i would think is not herpes but i am not an expert on that. if you want to be sure then go see a doctor, what are the other symptoms? how long has it been there? have you aggressivly washed the penis?
