Is this genital herpes or just a bad infection?

So, I had oral sex with my partner. The last time before this one was almost 3 years ago. None of us had herpes on our lips or genitals, we are each other's first partner. We did drink after some people before, but none of them seemed to have herpes and even if they did, my partner didn't have symptoms when we had oral sex. Four days after that act, I saw some blisters, they weren't really big, rather just red. It became itchy after one more day and also sore on my genitals and around my anus. I've been to a gyno but she didn't say anything, just gave me betadine.

Is it herpes or just some bad infection? (to be honest, I don't know if an anus has pimples or not, so I'm not sure if those are normal spots or blisters)
