Is this genital herpes? Please help

my girlfriend has the hsv-2 virus but is on a suppresant medication and we've only had protected sex. however we have also been doing masturbation dry (without a lubircant) and ive noticed these red dots within my pubes and an interesting looking pimple on my scrotum. could someone please help me and tell me whether or jot this is herpes. note: my crotch has been itchy whilst these symptoms have appeared
