Is this genital wart or just Lymphocele or something else?

hello. I noticed this bumps which is skin like in color smooth and not painful at all. (there is another small one bottom right)

I have to add that I started using a penis pump like 2-3 weeks ago so I was thinking i have only damaged the skin but I decided to go a dermatologist 5 days ago she said it's genital warts. she performed cryotherapy and said it will go away in 5 days and i can return to be sexually active. well the more lit pictures are from now 5 days after. it looks almost the same and even more red. i actually masturbated heavily last nigh so that's why. so it seems like the cryotherapy did nothing at all. i really don't think it's genital warts but does anyone here have experienced this or know what it is?
