Is this genital warts or something? Please help

So basically i realized a couple bumps but the weird thing is they dont grow any bigger or havent gone away since i noticed them. i thought herpes a couple of times but theyre painless and dont really show up anywhere else than the top of my shaft. really confused cus it doesnt fit the description of any std other than that and my last partner said she was tested two weeks ago and was clean. please helpimageFile size is too bigFile size is too big
