hi! I am 21 years old, and i only had sex with one person.From some time my vaginal area started to be itchy and burning when i looked i had those.. do you think is HPV or VP with vulvovaginitis

everything looks normal
but looks like you have a yeast infection
because of the white discharge
that will give you the itching and burning
