Is this GH?

I have now see 2 of these in the same spot. One now and the first time was 3 months ago. I am married. I have never cheated. And I dont think my husband has. I have never been tested for herpes or warts. I have however had herpes simplex one all of my life. I actually get breakouts pretty often. Please help!

    To be honest, this consumes my every thought and its making me sick. I just went for a annual in Feb, took some test for STD's (G and C)(and I also used to have HPV but my last 2 annuals a have been normal)  and it came back negative and the doctor said I looked great. I do know I have hemmoroids, as you can see in the picture. I have had them for 5 years. Please, any info is helpful. I am loosing my mind.
