Can somebody tell me what is this - it doesnt hurt, but it grow bigger under the pressure.
Also, how to remove it?

It looks like a skin tag from a previous hemorrhoid but it's a bit hard to tell from the lighting do you have a closer up picture?

It doesn't look like a hemorrhoid. You will know if it is one if it gets blueish, for example after sitting in hot water for a few minutes. It looks like a skin tag. Have you had an anal fissure or an operation, perhaps? Skin tags can be removed, although I don't recommend. In some cases it could be painful. If it's for the visual effect, well it doesn't look bad at all...

I can't tell If you have a hemorrhoid or fissure with the lighting. sorry that something so personal and I know painful brought this about. have you seen a Colorectal surgeon yet? I hope it's not an Anal Fissure because the pain is horrible. what ever it is I hope for you to see a professional soon to be treated by someone with enough experience and education on this matter.
