i have had protected sex with a sex worker. and some times it's very itchy down there and today i can see few pimples. please check the pic. the red pimple became red because i was trying to pop it and i cut it and it bled.

they did not give me a swab test. they said it's not herpes we are not going to do a swab test

Did they give any indication of what it is, or what they think it is?
If you don't have a diagnosis of anything, I would consider trying another doctor. See what they say and if they aren't sure, get a swab or if not during outbreak (nothing to swab), there's a blood test. I would consider insisting on a test to be sure of diagnosis.
