Is this herpes?

My vulva around my clitoris has been raw and itchy for a week now. It was oozing at one point but I switched back to a fragrance free soap and it seems to be getting better. Its been extremely itchy and crusty now, but appears to just be patches of red skin. There are no ulcers or blisters that I can see. I noticed these spots and am really concerned now. What do you think? I'm hoping for bad eczema brought on by an allergic reaction to the soap. But I'm not sure about these red spots.

Even though the spots aren't bothering me? They aren't raised or have any fluid in them. I do have an issue with yeast, so I was hoping it was that. I haven't had any unprotected sex since testing negative for HSV1 and HSV2. I have had a couple of guys perform oral sex on me but that was many months ago.

I tested negative for both (blood test) in Jan 2017. I didn't have sex until April 2017, all sex has been with a condom. Only thing is I received oral sex once in April 2017 and once in August 2017. I never had any outbreaks that I've been aware of. I do have sensitive skin, eczema, and issues with yeast.

The best thing you can do is go to the doctor. Herpes does not come in one form, it effects everyone differently. It does sound like an allergic reaction, but to be sure and give yourself closure , id go to the doctor.

I know! I'm hoping external yeast infection. I've had it before just not this bad. So annoying. Coconut oil gave me instant relief though, thank God.

    UPDATE:

It's yeast and a possible secondary bacterial infection. Still waiting on results. Took me a bit to get to the doctor's due to things out of my control, but definitely not herpes.
