the smaller bumps are fordyce spots. i am focusing on the lesion/ulcer. i remember itching a few days ago but i am not sure if i popped one of my fordyce spots and it got infected. but does it look like herpes to you?

Probably a hair follicle infection, but could be herpes. Get it swabbed and looked at by a doctor to get a better answer.

swabbed negative but idk since it was almost healed with no fluid. they called me two days later and let me know my hiv blood n herpes test was negative but i am not sure if the herpes test hey called about was a blood one.

just looked at my results again. they only did a swab test lol so idk how accurate the test was since it was almost healed and i read somewhere swab test accuracy drops almost 50% when it starts to heal/almost healed. ill go back if i get another one.
