Is this herpes?

long story short i was diagnosed with hsv 2 by blood test 6 years ago. never had typical symtoms at first. just lots of tingling and burning with no lesions. dr said it was vuvlodynia since it lasted for 3 months. fast forward 6 yrs never had lesions. research told me that if i had a low positive igg there was a chance it could be negative. i decided to get another blood test and it came back at 1.47. reached out to terri warren (herpes guru) and obtained the western blot which came back negative for hsv 1 and 2. she said i was misdiagnosed and do not have herpes. woohoo! starting in jan i was having almost constant burning and tingling in mg genitals, legs, hips and butt. i was told without leasions its very unlikely herpes and herpes does not persist that long. i decided to do another igg and it came back equivocal .93. the reason im questioning my status is bc i found two red spots near my vagina. they are not raised and do not hurt. went to urgent care to get a pcr swab today. NP says everything looks normal but can see some undefined redness and was unsure if it was the beginning of an outbreak or something else. Im disappointed bc i thought i finally had clarity on being hsv neg. i also did another western blot which i should get the results in 3 wks. here are my pics. anyone else have symptoms like mine?imageimage

    theres some redness but it dosnt look like herpes

      yeah ive been constantly looking to see if they have blistered or ulcerated. I still have the tingling and burning. what else can cause red flat spots? they also tested me for yeast. i got them swabbed 24 hrs after noticing them so the results should be accurate.

      could be some kind of skin irritation or coulfd be fungal or bacterial skin issue ...could be something ur applying to the area or washing with or wearing etc etc sometimes a cause is not found at all as for herpes i really dont think thats the cause but uv done the right thing getting tested straight away so fingers crossed it negative although with no open sores i think thats going to be the case anyway

      the culture came back negative and the irritation went away after i stopped messing with it. Just waiting on my western blot results. still have some burning and tingling but no ulcers and the symptoms stopped after i stopped valtrex. I do get labia cysts from time to time as well. they are hard bumps on my labia that sometimes pop with pus or just go away on their own. never ucler just hard bumps under the skin and the gyno said they are cysts
