based on the blisters on your lips it looks similar to herpes but do you have blisters on your genital area recently aswell? because that can be a strong indication that it is herpes.

No, I don't have any sign or symptoms on my genital area,
I took acyclovir pills but they did not have any effect 😦

Dear dora,
This is angular cheilitis, not herpes. It is frequently caused by candida ( a yeast infection) and/or staphylococcus (a bacterial infection).
If it's quite itchy, it is more likely to be candida so try to get Canesten, Canesten-HC or Daktacort ointment from your local pharmacist or drugstore and apply it twice a day to the affected areas for a week or so.
