is this herpes???

Hi! I haven't been able to go to the gyno to get looked at but I recently found these weird looking lumps on the inside of my vagina. I also found these red spots on the inside of my labia. I dont know what it is can someone help me pls,

I have not experienced itching or burning for these, but I had bumps that were filled with yellow puss a month ago. Those bumps were a little itchy and hurt when touched but didnt burn and when they popped they went away.

    Dear kimimoon,

    The first two photos simply show vestibular papillomas (Google). I've labelled your photo to illustrate this. They're entirely normal and no treatment is necessary. Not sure what you're worried about in the third photo.
