so im currently in my last trimester and experienced my first yeast infection, i went in and got tested and everything came back clear besides me having a yeast infection i was treated for it and it went away. but then i noticed these tiny little bumps inside my labia, they dont itch, burn or feel like anything. theyre just there. ive scheduled an appointment to go get tested again even tho i havent been sexual active since ive been pregnant im still concerned though as to what they could be even tho they dont itch or anything. theyve been here for about a week or so and havent given me any problems. can anyone tell me what this could be image

Those look like normal bumps. There is a name for them, although I don't remember what it is, but they're totally normal. Go get tested again if you'd like for peace of mind, but I wouldn't be worried.
