Is this herpes?

I developed this rash in the last week or so. There's all these little red spots and there was one big sore on like a pimple that has turned into this. I first noticed it three or four days ago, it popped yesterday and is much smaller now than it wasimageimageimage It was much larger a few days ago and very sore to the touch. What's going on?

    I see your hairy. They look like festered hairs. If you have any Cortizone cream put some on and try to stay dry..

      I am also slightly concerned about syphyllis? The one big spot seems to be an open sore. I just thought sphyllis chancre was painless? This was very sore to begin with. I also wasn't sure if a syphyllis sore would shrink a lot in 4 or 5 days like this one did?
