Is this herpes?

This is my second or third time having this blister. It reappears in the same spot. There is also another ulcer/blister on my vaginal lip that i couldnt get a photo of due to the angle. Last time, i thought it mightve been a weird razor burn but after reapearring this time on the same spot, I am very concerned.

does it appear with pain or any vaginal discharge. and unfortunately recurrent herpes outbreaks do appear in the same spot they did when you first had an outbreak. do they appear within a monthly basis. i would go and get a swab test done on them right away to get down to the cause. you do not want to be passing the virus to others without you or them knowing.best of luck

it feels itchy at first, then tender and kind of sore but nothing too bad. im not sure about discharge, what kind of discharge would it be? i have nexplanon in my arm and i have been having so many irregular periods(am going to a doctor for it as well). it seems kind of monthly, now that you mention it. i am planning to get it swabbed i just want to feel more prepared i suppose, in a way..

by discharge i mean anything coming out of your vaginal canal. like thick creamy fluid or just watery white fluid or yellowish ect. the best thing to do is get it looked at and examined. if just the area feels itchy and tender but not your entire vagina then its most likely an infection which is likely herpes. thank you for sharing and keeping all of us updated. also when was the last time you had sex

the only thing i know of as far as vaginal fluid being discharged is period. my birth control has made my period very irregular and ive been bleeding for over a month. With one or two normal, no period days. the last time i had sex was about three days ago. ive been sexually active with only one person for over a year now.

no worries and i hope you and ur partner the best. i would for now assume the worst case and say its herpes. go to a clinic and ask them to prescribe you some herpes medication and stay on it for at least the next month. if u are on the medication next month and no bumps appear then thats a pretty safe bet that its herpes. or the much safer and easier way is to just get tested with your partner. herpes isnt the end of the world either if you do have it. its literally like acne. comes and goes. as long as you take care of yourself it should barely be a problem in your life. take care of yourself.
