Yesterday i noticed a bump on my bottom lip. It was the same color as the rest of my lip. It didnt hurt or anything. I do pick my lips often (to the point where they are bloody). Today there is a small red spot where the bump was. Could this be herpes? It doesn't hurt or itch.
