Is this herpes?

a few days after sex i noticed some changes down there. i always take somthing for bv after sex as im prone to it . this time i took something i nevertook before.

a day or two later it felt very bumpy and swollen and really burns when i pee. I went to the emergency room today and they did a pelvic examine and swab. they treated me for gonorrhea and chlamydia and also took urine for a test. they also discovered that i have a uti and gave me meds for that i took a picture and now im worried it may be herpes but the dr i saw didnt say anything about herpes. i plan on going to my obgyn as soon as i can does this look like it?

    when i touched mines it hurt but i was able to sit for 8+ hrs at work and didnt feel any type of Excruciating pain

    just wanted to provide a update. my gyno is pretty sure it is herpes. she swabbed anyway. i just wanted to update because there are so many threads where the person never comes back with a update. if i can give anyone advice it is use condoms, and always ask if they have been tested for herpes since most std'd testing dont.
