    I don't know if the lesion you think is herpes is on your lip or on your tongue, but at neither place did I see a herpes-like lesion. In any case, if you feel pain, burning and itching accompanied by small water blisters in the area, go see a doctor, because this could indeed be a manifestation of the virus.
