Hi,
I was dating a NARC and he failed to disclose that he had genital herpes. I didn't find out until 9 months in.
I'm not sure if this is a herpes outbreak..
It doesn't burn nor does it itch.
No burning when I pee either.
It only itches when I touch it.
Please help.

Hi, it's hard to tell from your picture. It can be a mild outbreak. The open sore with a red ring is usually the signature of herpes. You should get it swabbed for a piece of mind.
