hi all, i get this itchy spot on my penis on 3 days ago.. it then develop red spot/rash..
after 2 days, the red spot still around and start to become like a tiny wound..
no blister and not painful but it doesn't go away.
the surface looks moist due to cream applied
please any advice is appreciated
