Is this herpes?

i was diagnosed with HSV2 2 years ago but the rash cleared up in 4 days. Idk if i actually had it becuse then a week later the test came back negative. The lesions i had didnt hurt, only burned slightly when i peed. At the time i didnt have any flu like symptoms or anything like that. i havent had an outbreak or anything like that since. Yesterday, my gf noticettd these tiny bumps on me, they are painless and i cant tell if its just folloculitis or herpes? please help!image

    get a blood test its been long enough time that has passed to know
