Ive had sex about 7 days ago and shaved recently and realized i got this spot on my scrotum.It does not itch nor has a cluster but seems to be more pronounced than the normal foliculitis bumps i get after shaving. Can it be herpes ?

i'll check as soon as possible just trying to imagine what it could be.Look more like a pimple than a wart per se ,do you have any images of a similar HPV wart like this one ?
