Is this herpes?

I’m sorry to post here. I haven’t slept in days and it doesn’t help that I have diagnosed OCD. Full disclosure I haven’t slept with or even kissed a girl in over a year, more than likely 2 years. I recently took a trip to Greece and took a cruise. A few days into the cruise, I shaved my genitals I noticed a small rash on my shaft. Also, side note I have been sharing a room with my sister and parents and we are sharing bar soap to clean ourselves. So once I shaved myself, spent hours looking up what it can be, and you can imagine what the top contender is. Needless to say, I have never been this anxious in my life. Once I read there was burning, I couldn’t tell if it started to burn or it was really burning. I really beg the reader to give genuine answer as to what this is. I will be home in a few days and its killing me waiting. I think there is slight burning but it only last a few minutes at a time. Maybe twice a day.
