Is this herpes ?

is it possible for this to be herpes ? i havent had a new partner in almost two years but have just recently started to itch around my anus. i feel that these may just be scratches or just sores that have opened up from stretching my butt during sex w my current bf or just from scratching the area in general. i know for a fact that my current bf has not cheated or anything so im assuming if this is herpes it is from a person i was intimate w almost two years ago. is it even possible for something to just now show up? im also thinking it may be yeast in my buttcrack thats caused the itching. i also dont think it is herpes because we did not have anal sex . please help. imageimage

    are those open sores? if so yes id be concerned. infection of some sort. more symptoms should present themselves over time. id suggest getting it checked out immediately
