i shaved last week and i noticed a red bump. i assumed it was an ingrown hair but it doesnt have a visible hair trapped. I read online that herpes usually appears as a cluster of blisters, but also that they can be singular as well. Please help. This is day 4. It only hurts when the friction from my underwear and jeans rub against it.
