Every so often i get this bump on my vulva. it turns into basically the size of a pea most of the time but occasionally as big as a marble it is hard and very painful, and full of pus and blood it keeps coming back in the same exact spot and its only ever one big bump

That doesn't sound like herpes. Herpes usually manifests as multiple spots and isn't hard inside. This sounds like a cyst.

I get this as well. Not herpes- just a cyst.
