Is this herpes?

They showed up after masturbating yesterday.

The red dots are no bigger than a pin prick and stay that size, they don't hurt or have any fluid in them, but some skin has come off around them. There's also no penis discharge, pain or smell.

There is also some redness on my foreskin where my hand would have been.

I've had them before after some, for use of a better term, vigorous sex. They were exactly the same as they are now and went after 3-4 days. Both times have have been ill before hand. First time with a throat infection and this time with a stuffy nose.

I'm leaning towards it being balantis but unsure and cant see a doctor till next week

    take a hott bath and see if it gets worse if so alot of us have this and we are all confused what it can be some sort of balantis
