Is this herpes?

I've had sex with this girl without a condom and i started developing these bumps around my shaft. I got tested and tested negative for both hsv 1 and 2. Could this be a false negative? The bumps don't hurt or itch and they feel firm. Im suspecting they can be herpes or genital warts. Please let me know what you think. image

    hey man! I'm actually dealing with a similar situation. I'm going to get tested, i don't have any symptoms and like you said mine don't hurt. it could be warts if not herpes. obviously i have to get word from my doctors but just thought id comment and relate
