is this herpes..? ive had rough sex a few days ago and the next day i was in pain and saw this. something similar happened to me before it ended up being an infected spot. this is right next to my urethra so it burns when I pee. I didnt see no blisters or anything just this , what could this be?

yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test.
