back in September I thought my pad rubbed me raw or I has an ingrown hair so I picked at it. a huge painful ulcer developed (last pic). The first pictures are these bumps I got after my period again on Monday (i shaved 2 days prior). This is what they look like today on Wednesday. Is this herpes?

it does look like herpes vesicles. i would ask to get a blood test done. the next time you have sores i would ask your primary if you could come in so they could do a physical exam if not a culture test. keep in mind herpes is usually asymptomatic and over 80% of people with the virus dont know they have it. blood tests are less accurate than culture(swab) tests but they do give a good indication if you've been exposed.
