Is this herpes? Can herpes be mistaken for anything else?

i had sex 4 days ago on my period, not rough sex or anything too hard. the next day i woke up with a UTI... or so i thiught. so I bought an over-the-counter drug to relieve the pain of urinating. the pain of urinating went away in 2 days and then i became itchy for one day and these popped up. its only been 3 days since ive noticed.
