It looks like it could be herpes but it can also be something else. You do not need to wait until next month for treatment. Go to an Urgentcare or the ER. You need treatment now!

ouch that looks painful. it does look like herpes. try a salt water soak a few times a day, keep the area clean (i used peroxide). ive heard aloe vera gel helps, or coconut oil and tea tree oil. try getting l-lysine vitamins from the store. its usually used for cold sores but many say it helps with genital herpes also.

Where are you from because you can go to ER without having to pay upfront. I use this cream called lemon balm salve you can order from amazon it really helps. I also take 1 lysine and 1 olive leaf extract tablet everyday and I have not had an outbreak in over a year.

that looks super painful you really need to seek medical help right now.

it looks like herpes but with out testing it could be anything. If you go to the hospital you wont have to pay.

I can imagine you're in agony and its going to much worse when you open your bowel as the sores are all around the entrance to your anus.

Seriously see a doctor, no one can help you on here.
