Is this herpes? Doesn’t itch or burn but I can tell it’s def irritated

around the end of july I received oral sex from someone, however they did nick the tip of my penis with their teeth which I initially thought caused the irritation but it's been a couple months now. HIV/Std tests came back negative but idk if to get tested for herpes cause I've read about false positives... it also doesn't itch burn or have any pain at all
