HI

so i had my period last week and it ended on Sun/Mon, i was fine. then my recurring yeast infection came back, so last Friday i was at work wiping VERY HARD and scratched my vagina some and i woke up SAT morning with this!!!!

its actually gone down alot since Sat and ive been using Monistat for the YI and putting that on it too. theres no burning at all when i pee or discomfort unless im really rubbing on it. I dont believe its puss-filled or has any fluid in it.

last time i had sex was during my period, but we used a condom.

It does look like it. The best thing to do is to get to the doctor and get it swabbed before it heals.

i was using monistat for the discharge and put it on the sore and they were both gone in 3 days

honestly i have no idea, the time period from when it first appeared was sunday and gone by Wed.

i didnt think anything of it and just bought the monistat, i started freaking out when i started googling pics and by the time i went to PP, it was healed/gone

i was so worried, i nagged the Dr. into prescribing me VALTREX and took the recommended dosage.

got a pap smear, so ill know hopefully if it was anything abnormal.

so turns out what i had was a fungal infection? STILL skeptical, but ill keep an eye out for it.

my best advice fir anyone reading this post: GO TO A DOC/URGENT CLINIC.

Turns out my pap smear revealed abnormal High risk HPV which i wouldnt have noticed without going to the gyno. Im the type to go to the dr. last minute or not all.

Now i have to go get vaccinated and go for additional lab work in a few weeks.
