Is this herpes, genital warts or hemorrhoids???

im a 20 year old gay male who is not very sexually active and havent been in about a year and a half. i have no health insurance and im not sure how to go about getting it. this has been coming and going for sometime and its left me an utter wreck for the past year. it never hurts or leaves discharge but it itches so much some times. i just need a second opinion. its made me feel very depressed and ashamed of my body and sexuality. as i said i have no insurance and work a little over minimum wage at the moment. and yes i already know i need to see a doctor about it I just dont know how to go about it. i havent had insurance since i was 18.

I'm a woman and I have that- Hemorrhoids. Drink plenty of water & increase fiber intake if you strain while doing #2 or are constipated a lot.

thank you so much. i had literally convinced myself I had HPV. ive been living in secrecy about it since October of last year and have become severely depressed. I feel a bit better now. weird question but in all seriousness, will my anus ever look the same again?

you're welcome. I have my moments all seems well then other days hemorrhoids are literally a pain in my ass lol.
just take better care of yourself.... watch what you're eating, drink more water, and increase fiber so that using the bathroom will be easier on your buns 😉

i did the same as you. Convinced myself that I had an STD but it only turned out to be hemorrhoids. They do flare up every now and then after a big bowel movement but for the most part they are do not bother me.

so this is what they used to look like when they first popped up. i still feel like it could be hpv just due to how this pic looks 😕 i was feeling so much better about it after posting on here and getting some opinions. but then i found this pic from the beginning and it definitely looks like warts. sorry to post another pic, im just scared honestly.
