Is this herpes? help!

about a week ago i started experiencing itching in my vagina i brushed it off thinking it was due to my undies or tight pants then i started feeling a burning sensation down there. i went to urgent care and they said i have UTI. i have been taking the meds for a few days but then i noticed bright yellow discharge (not sure if thats its natural color, as i was taking AZO which can make the urine orange ish). then i saw a small cut on my vagina by the opening, which hurts. i also have pain right under the vaginal hood, where the clitoris is, kind of need to spread the lips to get to it, but it is super sensitive and painful. i also saw bug bite like bumps on my vagina. i went to gyno today and they sent off my labs for herpes testing but that will take a few days and im so anxious and scared if anyone who has herpes or is informed about it please help! the pictures i have attached are from a few days ago, the bumps currently are not as prominent now, these photos were taken when i first experienced the bumps. they dont look like typical herpes "blisters" or clusters though .

    Hey, it does appear to be herpes, but looks can be deceiving. I'm waiting for my HSV culture results and they should be in either today or tomorrow, and I'm prepared for the worst. The waiting is brutal!!! I'm here for you.

      i received my results yesterday and it is HSV-1. which i was a little confused on since i thought this was "the oral kind" and its on my genitals. however my gyno said that a recurring outbreak on the genitals with HSV-1 is rare . im still taking the Valtrex she prescribed and all the bumps, lesions, and pain is gone! im just thankful it wasnt HIV (i tested negative for that as well as other std's)

      Ahh okay, I'm sorry to hear that tatyanna 😦. I was prescribed valtrex as well, and I'm getting no relief, absolutely none!!!Plus I've only been taking it for the last couple days. When did u get relief?

      i started feeling relief after about 2-3 days. thats really surprising youre not feeling any relief! im sorry.
