Is this herpes, hpv or yeast infection ???

so a week ago i had got head from a guy and probably 5 days after i started feeling kind of itchy (no pain) it took 2 days for me to check down there and i seen 3 bumps close to my entrance with discharge (im 5months prego) it dont itch bad its more like it itches randomly but not enough for me to wanna rub the area. in the beginning of my pregnancy i would get yeast infections every month its been 2 months since my last one now im scared and confused i go to the obgyn in the morning .image

    doesnt look like it, yeast infections can cause sores, bumps, and rashes though its rare but not impossible.

      i got tested for herpes 11 days after it but it came back negative idk if i tested too early and its a false negative.Maybe im over thinking because of anxiety. they dont itch at all nor hurt or uncomfortable,havent had sexual contact with anyone since then so im probably going to ask to get tested again before i give birth.
