Is this herpes? HVP??

I think I had an urinary infection 3 days ago, I already called a doctor to have an appointment and get checked but I'm very worried to know what this might be.

I'm 35, married, I have unprotected sex with my husband (he has the vasectomy), I haven't used any new laundry soap, no lubricants or anything similar. I always had protected sex with previews partners 15+ years ago, I never had kids. Also I took Amoxicillin 500mg for a week because I had a surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, my doctor said that could be a reason for the infection.

I had very little bleeding after intercourse like a month ago, a couple times, I thought maybe I was a bit dry.

The first thing I noticed was that my vagina's entrance was swollen and the skin inside was paper white.

No smell, no pain, no discharge, no abnormal urination, nothing other than that.

I started drinking more water and checking myself every day.

On Sunday I noticed this little things:

I got really scared it might be HVP! but then I saw in very old pics that maybe I always had them, is this normal? They are not itchy, maybe I just never did pay attention before.

Then I noticed this in my anus:

It doesn't look like a cauliflower so I'm not sure If it's an hemorrhoid or something else, they just appeared 2 days ago! It doesn't hurt, it's not itchy and not bleeding, nothing.

I also had lower right abdominal pain, not much, and today I don't have it anymore. I'll get checked anyway but I'm very afraid.

*Edit:

Here's a very old picture I found from around 10 years ago, where I think maybe I had them before, but still, is this normal?
