Is this herpes? I feel like I have ruined my life over a stupid mistake

Apologies for repost, I dont know how to edit my original.

I stupidly had sex with an escort 4 days ago and I have no idea why I was so stupid. Can't turn back the clock now.

I know I don't have hsv1 but I'm terrified of hsv 2. I had oral with a condom and had sex with her on top very briefly. I had quite a bit of pubic hair at the time and I'm not sure if we made direct skin contact, certainly not where I think I caught hsv 2,if I have.

I wasn't worried then all of a sudden im feeling "symptoms" but no idea if my mind is playing games on me.

I've been desperately looking for sores then one day I thought my right testicle had a slight pink rash. Over the days I have also felt it has become more sticky and clingy in my clothing. Again could all be in my head. I sometimes feel like I've had a full on outbreak and check my balls and nothing is there. I even went as far as (laugh at me/pity me lol) shaving so that I could monitor it.

Today I found this red dot but I'm not sure if was there before on my thigh. Could this be the start of a nightmare? If this is herpes could I get it checked/swabbed for peace of mind even though it was a few days ago?

I don't itch but I feel it is hot and irritated, although this could be psychological...

?I have attached 3 pics. One of the spots, one of my right testicle and spot (one i feel has a pink rash) and my kedtltesticle

know how you feel man. i did the exact same thing 3 months ago. cant believe how stupid i was. im coming back for a test on may 9 since it will be the 3rd month from exposure. i got equivocal 1.04 initially from a igm test.. doc said im pretty much positive already and its just a matter of months. i also noticed a bump on my penis this morning. trying not to think about it til i actually visit my doc.

What symptoms have you had and what kind of exposure did you have?

I am convinced my symptoms are in my head as I don't notice anything when I'm not thinking about it but I can't be sure since it was high risk. I asked her if she ever has herpes and she said no, but you can never trust them.

And what position did you use as some are more prone to skin on skin contact.

BTW I have heard igm isn't that accurate.

I don't know how to edit, but did you also use protection for oral and sex?

there was some rubbing of genitals involved before wearing the condom and unprotected oral. but what also scares me is the possibility that i may have had this all along since its the first time I had myself tested for hsv. im more worried about the people i may have passed this to. get yourself tested bro.

Fortunately for me there was no grinding and oral was protected. My main worry is if my scrotum or uncovered shaft might have come into contact (she didn't grind on top, and wasn't going very deep but I took over till the end which is where I get worried and may have trusted a bit further).

I didn't last long (first time I'm glad I didn't haha) but from what I assume all it takes it one touch right?

Hope you're OK though, in fact hope we're both OK. My little spot on my thigh disappeared in the end but I keep seeing things on my balls which worry me but I dunno if it's in my own head....

Eg I scratched my balls and bled a bit where I was scratching. This is just a scratch right? I bite my nails so they do have sharp edges but at the time of scratching there were no visible signs of spots/bumps/lesions.

There were also some small circles on Base of scrotum which I can't see ever touching her but when I scratched at them they kinda flaked off and one of them had white edge and brownish centre. This is just dry skin I'm assuming? They were there for 2 days prior and didn't and haven't developed anything since.
