Is this Herpes?! I'm freaking out

About 2 days ago i had PROTECTED sex with a guy for the 2nd time first time we used my condom and 2nd time we used his. i am allergic to latex so following after i could still feel the lubricate on/in me but didn't think anything of it. when i got home i immediately peed and washed my lady area. The next day i felt a small itch so i decided to get a monostat (7 day) to help treat because i thought it was a yeast infection. i used the insert during the day and wore a pad that irritatedly rubbed me and kept sticking to my genital area due to all the cream coming out my vagina. that caused a bit more itching so upon getting home i showered and cleaned and found this! my mum is a nurse and thinks its irritation from an allergic reaction. I've been web surfing and am practically scared considering i USED PROTECTION. it doesn't hurt or tingle and my discharge is just watery but no smell or unusual color. Can someone help me please!
