Is this herpes, I’m really stressed and worried.

i do not have medical insurance and would like to check if this is herpes . i hooked up with someone recently and this happened after it. i had shaved around two days before i hooked up with that person, and had an after shave itch. after the hook up i itched and this showed up under 48 hours later. its been 5 days since it showed up now. i apologize for some hairs, i wasn't able to shave due to pain in case i try. i have not had any blisters, no pain in urinating, and no flu symptoms. please help me because I've not been able to properly sleep due to overthinking about this situation.
