ive recently had a new partner and did have unprotected sex , before we had sex i did shave kinda in a hurry and dry so i wasnt to worried hoping it was just razor burn but within the last 6 days this is how it looks now

The small patch closest to your lip is what made me concerned. If you have any discomfort or abnormal discharge, you should go to the doctor ASAP.
