IS THIS HERPES? I’VE BEEN CRYING ALL NIGHT

Havent had sex with anyone except my boyfriend for the past year. Had BV twice in the past. Had some itching back in November, tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomonas and HIV. Itching went away soon after. Now this popped up a few days ago. Havent felt sick, no enlarged lymph nodes. No pain with urination, but mild tenderness when I press on it (on a scale of 1-10 probably a 3). Shaved a few days ago. Looks like a tiny white dot within the lesion if you look closely. I'm so scared and cant stop crying. My bf and I are going through a rough time and are on the verge of breaking up and now this. Please help.

The dot could just be an infected pore or pimple coming to a head. If there's a blister across from it on the other lip, it might be herpes. It's hard to say from the picture. Have a blood test done to be sure.
Everyone and their mom has herpes. Hopefully, your test is negative but just know that life will go on as beautiful as it always has either way. Good luck!

Update: herpes viral culture returned negative!!
