Is this herpes ? molluscum contagiosum? Or pimple ?

i have took every test possible more than once , and everything comes back negative. Doctors all give me different opinions of what it actually is. As well as Urologist. I noticed this bump for quite a while. Does not hurt or anything, its just visible and its worrying. Can somebody help me? This really my last time asking help before i just leave it alone!

please help!!

    this is a photo of scabies, it can come in many forms on the shaft, check your hands for bumps...especially in the webbing of your fingers, even if you don't...you could get a tube of permethrin, cover your entire body with the cream from the neck down (including shaft, testicles, pubic region, armpits, buttocks etc)and change in to fresh clothes, wash all your beddings...if it goes away in a month..you know what it was.

      doesn't hurt to check, I had scabies on my hands and didn't itch once
