Is this herpes? My boyfriend sent me this image last night.

We had sex (unprotected) and the next day said he saw these on his penis.  Obviously trying to get him to get tested, but he doesn't have them 2 days later....We have sex again and they show up again.  Now I'm pretty freaked!  He says no pain or itch but they turn "kinda red" on about the second or third day. UGH! Please someone?  Please not Herpes!

Thanks for looking and commenting...i'm trying to get him to take another picture. He is alot more relaxed about this than i am...i haven't actually seen what is going on with what he has described as "the bumps kinda turned red...". He still claims no pain or itch.

Normally they are like lesions and itch pretty bad. Itch can be mild or intense which I'm lucky I never got haha. But don't freak. Honestly from my opinion doesn't look like herpes to me. Only thing to do for peace of mind is to be seen before those spots go away!

Thanks Noelle...by chance are you familiar with penile papulas? Do they appear and disappear within days?
